Externally painted brick with cedar cladding, oversized aluminium joinery with views all round. Internally 3.6m stud to the centre of the atrium, built-in log burner, timber floors meet tiles and carpet, stunning ensuite and bathroom. This house functions perfectly and looks amazing.

We couldn’t recommend building with Steve enough! We have now built two houses with him and wouldn’t hesitate to build with him again in the future. From a female perspective, I really liked how he always had time to talk through with me what was happening and what the next steps were. He was excellent at sorting any problems that arose and never got flustered by anything. Steve and his team are friendly and professional.
